JOB FUNCTIONS
You will be doing mortgage inspections to determine if property is occupied or vacant and the general condition of a property.  Plus Vehicle Inspections with verification of VIN, Equipment verification, Mystery Shops, and Insurance Loss Inspections.

The duties include driving to residential properties and or commercial job sites, filling out a one page report, take a few photos of the property or collateral and submit the inspection results by computer to internet websites.  The majority of these inspections are exterior, however some will require an interior inspection of the property.

 The ideal candidate will be able to work with very little supervision and be able to meet strict deadlines.  Excellent organization skills, time management, and personal communication skills a plus. Incentives Flexible hours - set your own schedule Inspections paid on a per inspection basis with monthly checks.  Have your own business and set your own income.

Position:  Requirements, Reliable Transportation, General Liability Insurance, Insured vehicle, Phone, Internet, Email, Digital Camera, Gps, Computer or Laptop, knowledge of how to use maps and follow directions. 

This is not a SALES or Debt collection position.
