INITIAL PROPERTY INSPECTION

We will provide concise information pertaining to the occupancy status and condition of the property. Our staff is fully trained in compliance guidelines. An exterior visual inspection is performed and a complete description of the property is provided. In addition, photos are taken of the front of the property.

WEEKLY & MONTHLY INSPECTIONS
We will perform weekly and monthly inspections of the property and report any changes in the status of the property such as: vandalism, theft, break-in, occupancy, fire or storm damage and deterioration.

 Walk-through inspection with checklist written also digital photo $98. Before and after photos of cleanup and clean out property $125 with written checklist, If you prefer video with audio  $155.00 if we do the cleanup work there will be no charge for the initial inspection of $98. You would just have a charge of $125 for photo and written inspection sheet or $155 for video and audio inspection. Your information could be e-mailed or mailed to you and you would have a written also video or photo on DVD or CD
