Also please allow me the opportunity to formally introduce myself personally to you.

I have been in the construction business for over 21 years as a general contractor. I am currently Certified as a FEMA Disaster Data Entry Specialist, Firefighter 2, State of Oregon Fire Instructor, Emergency Medical Technician Basic, Instructor in Basic First Aid, AED, Pediatrics, and Oxygen Supply.

We are a construction, investigation team, and property preservation company serving the banking industry, government municipalities, federal government agencies, insurance firms, real estate industry and private property owners.

We offer our clients a full line of services that are unique to the industry. We encompasses everything from construction, evictions, maintenance, property preservation, investigation for insurance loss inspections, fire loss prevention control programs along with mystery shops, and mobile notary services.

The construction/renovation division is thoroughly equipped to handle all your contracting needs and problems. Additionally, we are able to prepare line-by-line damage estimates.

The property preservation department can secure a building from the simplest lock change to the most complex board-up. Our winterization service includes pressurizing all water lines to ensure a complete evacuation of all fluids. We are also completely equipped for any kind of valve repair.

Our office hours are 9:30am through 4:30pm (Pacific Time) M-F. However, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for that emergency that may crop up. All our representatives are equipped with radios, cellular phones and GPS units to ensure prompt and immediate service.

When not dealing with business matters she is involved at our local church as a teacher, Awanna Club secretary, along with being on the church leadership team. And she still has time to devote to our four children. Amazing I don't know how she does it.

She is also Licensed Mobile Public Notary.
