Cleanouts

R&R can have the property cleaned out, both the interior and exterior of all trash, health hazards, furniture, etc. Items will be dumped per local code in a city landfill or transfer station.

Mowing/Landscape

R&R has crews that can maintain the exterior grounds providing both mowing and landscape service on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
 

Winterization

R&R can perform the required winterization to the property, from draining the water system to prevent freeze damage as well as inspect the property before water is turned back on for any cracks or damage to the system. Thawing frozen properties is an option using trained professionals and state of the art equipment to prevent any further damage.
 

Boarding

If a property is broken into or is damaged due to fire.  Our crews will secure the property per specs and report damages of that property at that time.
