R&R has put in place a inspection process that helps in determining the best way to preserve a client's property. We call it the "30-90-360" report.

The 30 Day Report identifies the immediate Preventative Maintenance and Restoration Services needed at the Property. Immediate Preventative Maintenance usually includes Winterization, Landscaping, Boarding, and Pest Control. Immediate Restoration Services usually include Lock Changes, Janitorial Services, Water Removal, Hazardous Debris Removal, and securing any remaining property.

 90 Day Report

The 90 Day Report identifies the Property Preservation Services that are needed keep and/or restore the Property to a saleable condition. These services generally include General Debris Removal, Code Violation Abatement, Construction/Demolition, and Property Rehabilitation.

 360 Day Report
